Race Day!

We had the privilege of being here for the 2nd Annual Abraham Project 5k/10k! What a treat to be here for this special event! Eleven of us ran the event, while the other 9 helped with the course.

After the event the Abraham Project held a celebration with booths/food/fun/and worship.

Day Two, Part Two

Soccer is a favorite past time here and any chance we get to play with the children's home kids is a treat! Healthy competition amongst the team is good for us right? 

Youth Group!

Saturday night we went to Youth Group at the Abraham Project! What an amazing experience and so thankful for the relationships we are building here. Worship was first, then a teaching on Elijah and burning our idols on the altar. We had an opportunity to respond and actually burn our idols that we were placing before the Lord. 

Following that time we had a great night of fun, food, and fellowship with them.
